The Board encourages public participation and involvement; hence, it is open to receiving not only complaints but more importantly suggestions on how it can better fulfull its mandate and responsibilities to the commuting public.

CITIZEN'S CHARTER

Pursuant to RA 9485 or the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007, the Board created its Citizen's Charter to streamline its processes and improve public service delivery.
